Create beautiful food at home by Adrian Martin
One of the things I struggle with the most when it comes to my blog, is food presentation. I’ve created many recipes in the past that were absolutely delicious, but I just could not find a way to make it look good on a plate so I ended up not posting them. And when it comes to major celebrations or important dinners, the pressure is on even more! Adrian Martin‘s new book ‘Create beautiful food at home’, will take away some of that stress. I promise you’ll be blown away at how easy Adrian makes it seem to present restaurant quality food in the comforts of your own home. It’s given me a lot of inspiration and tips and tricks for my own recipes as well so I would highly recommend this book to anyone who’s starting a food blog as well as of course people looking to create some stunning dishes – for whatever the occasion may be.
Adrian Martin is a chef, author and television presenter. At the heart of his talent is a passion for good food and an eye for perfection. His love of food and showing how anyone can create a meal that belongs in fine-dining restaurant provide the inspiration for Create Beautiful Food at Home.
The first part of the book focuses on how to prepare the ingredients such as shucking an oyster, breaking down a chicken and filleting a fish. The second part is broken down into courses: Bread, Starters, Palate Cleansers, Mains, Desserts and Petit Fours.
