Christmas Appetiser Wreath with Mozzarella, Salami, Cherry Tomatoes, Olives, and Basil

It seems a bit odd to call this recipe as this Christmas Appetiser Wreath with Mozzarella, Salami, Cherry Tomatoes, Olives, and Basil doesn’t require any cooking at all. But it is a great way to plate your Christmas appetisers so I wanted to share it with you all. If you’re not a fan of salami you can replace it with any kind of cold meats you like of course, the main thing is to stick to similar colours to get that “wreath look & feel”.

200g cherry tomatoes | |
120g salami https://www.dunnesstoresgrocery.com/sm/delivery/rsid/258/product/dunnes-stores-antipasti-salami-selection-120g-id-100878992 | |
250g mini mozzarella balls | |
100g black olives (pitted) | |
100g green olives (pitted) | |
1 handful of fresh basil |
Directions
1.
Put the basil in a circle on your plate
Scatter the mozzarella around, do the same for the tomatoes and then the olives.
Finish by folding up the salami in between the other ingredients.
Mark as complete
Notes
The ingredients will allow you to add in more appetisers as people eat them, and it will make about 2 wreaths
