French toast with cinnamon & vanilla
super easy

French toast is such as easy breakfast to make it’s a great treat to have on a Sunday or bank holiday. You can go for the plain option but I prefer to have my French toast with cinnamon & vanilla. I personally could never eat French toast without some sweet toppings: maple syrup & icing sugar along with some fruit. If you don’t have icing sugar or syrup, you can also use honey of course. There are only a handful of ingredients needed, but is is important to use the right bread. The best bread to use in this case would be brioche, which is also quite easy to make if you have a KitchenAid with a dough hook attachment.

2.
Heat up a large knob of butter in a frying pan at medium-high heat,
Dip the bread into the egg mix, the longer you dip it the soggier and thicker the bread will be. I prefer it to be not too thick and slightly crispy so I only dipped it for a few seconds.
