Luxurious Smoked Salmon Board with Mousse, Pâté, Spread, Wrap Pinwheels, and much more

Time to plate up! The last few days I shared three different smoked salmon recipes with you all: Smoked salmon mousse with mascarpone, balsamic vinegar and pomegranate seedssmoked salmon pâté with sour cream and Philadelphia, dill, and lime juice – salmon spread with avocado, goat cheese, chives, and lime juice. And now it’s time to combine all of these into a luxurious smoked salmon board!

We’ll be using all three smoked salmon spreads, and use half of the avocado spread to make beetroot wrap pinwheels. Some crackers and toasts are of course a must on this board! We also add some lettuce, rocket, radishes and tomatoes (if you want to serve some rolls as well) and some nuts and dried fruit to snack on. I used the leftover Philadelphia and Mascarpone I had to fill up some extra bowls as well.
